Regina Gelfo
Regina Gelfo has spent thirty years learning how to read what’s underneath. As a designer, she learned to see structure. As a healer, she learned to feel it. As a coach, she learned that what people most need is someone who can hold the whole of them and reflect it back with enough precision that something finally clicks.
The first fifteen years of her career were spent designing other people’s visions. Then she spent another fifteen learning how humans actually work: coaching, somatic healing, medicine work, intimacy, trauma, creativity, the technology of how transformation actually works. SoftStack is what happened when those two lives finally stopped pretending to be separate.
She didn’t set out to build a software company. She set out to stop losing her lyrics, avoiding her taxes, getting flooded with cortisol every time a tenant texted her, and wanting to punch AI every time it replied with some idiotic half-baked coaching. She realized the tools she needed didn’t exist yet. So she built them.
The apps are coaches in a box. The founder’s love note to every person who’s ever sobbed into their pillow at the gap between their immense potential and what their life looks like right now.
